1. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, or OTP with anyone—whether through calls, messages, or emails. We will never ask for this information or request you to make any payment on our behalf.
2. Be cautious of anyone asking you to install remote access apps like TeamViewer or AnyDesk. These are never required for any interaction with Glovgen.
3. Avoid responding to unexpected emails, calls, or messages that ask for personal or financial information. Our customer support is available only through the Glovgen app—please do not trust any contact outside of it.
4. Your safety matters to us. Always stay alert and connect with us directly through the app for any support.

Our key management services restrict data access exclusively to the data team. Data at rest is secured through encryption, with sensitive information further safeguarded by application-level encryption. To enhance data resiliency, we utilise data replication, and for ensuring data durability, we employ snapshotting. Additionally, our backup and restore processes undergo regular testing to guarantee data reliability.
